User's Guide

Separate chapters organize this web site, each addressing a particular area of municipal law. In turn, each chapter has its own table of contents. Find the area of law and related chapter. Read the introduction to the chapter. Then scroll down the list of forms in the chapter table of contents until you find the form best suited to your project. Read the associated notes. Copy the form and modify as necessary making sure to delete the comment notes from the form. All forms are available in Microsoft Word.
