• Edgewood Ordinance No. 00-0160 - Grants a nonexclusive franchise to Williams Communications, Inc., to install, operate, and maintain a communications system in the public rights-of-way. Passed July 11, 2000. Posted 8/00.
• Fife Revocable Street License Agreement. This draft agreement may be helpful if a city wants to allow a company to proceed with installation of some facilities in the public right of ways while the city either amends its franchising or ROW regulations, or negotiates additional details of the franchise.
