MRSC Rosters

Contractor / Consultant / Small Works Rosters (Shared Rosters)

MRSC Rosters at www.mrscrosters.org is the shared online small works and consultant roster system for local Washington State governments. This shared system distributes the roster maintenance costs between all participating agencies and also offers contractors/consultants the opportunity to market their services to multiple agencies in one application instead of spending time and money signing up for individual agency rosters.

Instead of maintaining these rosters themselves and advertising annually for small works and consultant rosters, authorized local governments (counties, cities, school districts, fire districts and other special districts) now have the opportunity to utilize MRSC Rosters without expending ever so precious financial and staff resources.

Agencies join MRSC Rosters for an annual fee based on their total capital expenditures (see full fee scale at www.mrscrosters.org/AgencyReg.aspx) and then utilize the small public works contractor roster, as authorized by RCW 39.04.155, for construction/maintenance oriented contracts under $200,000, and the consultant services roster for architects, landscape architects, engineers and land surveyors and other professional services.

Contractors/consultants fill out one free online application indicating their services and selecting which individual agencies they would like to work with, either directly in their local area or throughout the state. They also have an Enhanced Marketing option where they may choose agencies countywide/statewide more quickly and automatically are included on newly joining agency searches without continually updating their contractor account.
