Information Related to Substitute House Bill 2386 - RCW 36.70B.220
SHB 2386, Chapter 206, Section 9, Laws of 1996, codified as RCW 36.70B.220, requires cities and counties, with a population of 10,000 or more, to publish and keep current handouts describing local government permit requirements. MRSC, on behalf of the Municipal Research Council, as required in RCW 43.110.040, has prepared several short papers and a compilation of permit assistance handouts and materials related to this legislation, to assist cities, towns and counties in meeting the requirements of the law.
