A low-cost system for tracking service requests
MRSC's updated Citizen Help Desk is available to Washington State cities and counties. Here are some of the benefits of the system:
- MRSC hosts and updates the system for you for a low-cost annual fee based on population served. Larger agencies can receive the programming code to host on your own server for an initial setup fee.
- Record, assign and track service requests and responses from citizens and businesses.
- Maintain centralized log of requests received via email, telephone or in-person.
- Assign tasks to city/county staff. Review status of requests.
- Set email reminders or integrate with your Outlook task list.
- Generate weekly, monthly or annual reports of the number of requests to which you have responded.
Annual Fee Schedule
Population < 5,000: $100 per year
5,001 - 10,000: $250
10,000 - 25,000: $350
25,000 - 50,000: $500
