  • Sound Transit - Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (RCW 81.12 RCW) 
  • Regional Transportation Investment District Planning Committee (RTID -  King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties)   Voters did not approve the plan at the November 2007 election which included the creation of a regional transportation investment district and imposition of taxes and fees, the district was not formed; see RCW 36.120.080
