CITY OF SPOKANE, a Washington municipal corporation, and its Water, Sewer
and Solid Waste Utility Departments, Plaintiff, vs. SPOKANE COUNTY, a political
subdivision of the State of Washington, SADIE CHARLENE COONEY, Spokane County
Assessor, and STATE OF WASHINGTON,
Defendants.

THIS MATTER having come on for consideration by the Court on motion of the
City of Spokane, represented by Robert G. Beaumier, Jr., Assistant City Attorney
and Stevens County, the Stevens County Assessor and Stevens County Auditor,
by and through their attorney John Wetle, Stevens County Prosecutor, the Court
having considered the Motion of the Parties City of Spokane and Stevens County,
the Stevens County Assessor and Stevens County Treasurer, the Declaration of
John Wetle, and Affidavits of Colletee Greenwood and Henry Miggins and Memorandum
submitted by moving parties and other pertinent documents: ____________________________________________________________________

being fully informed now ORDERS as follows:
The pending Spokane County Superior Court lawsuit CITY OF SPOKANE, a Washington
municipal corporation, et al vs SPOKANE COUNTY, et al, Spokane County Superior
Court Cause no. 00206758 0 is consolidated with this Thurston County Cause and
said parties are joined in the Thurston County Cause and subject to that Order
of this Court of November 30, 2000 Granting Preliminary Injunction and other
matters as further provided therein. Stevens County is also granted intervenor
status in said Thurston County lawsuit and likewise subject to the November
30, 2000 order.
