Research Request Form

The following individuals may use this form to submit research requests to MRSC staff - officials and employees of Washington: cities, towns, counties, public hospital districts, sewer and water districts that are members of the Washington Association of Sewer & Water Districts (WASWD), and other special purpose districts that are Enduris members*.

*MRSC is a private non-profit research and information service for Washington state local government officials and employees. We are only able to provide services to Washington cities, towns, counties and some special purpose districts (i.e., those for which we have a contract in place to provide such services). If you are not an official or employee of a local government in Washington state to which MRSC provides services, we suggest you contact your local public library or law library for information or research assistance.
