RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOAP LAKE WASHINGTON, REGARDING ADOPTION OF THE COUNCIL MANAGER PLAN

WHEREAS, a petition for the adoption of a council-management plan of government has been found sufficient and valid by the Auditor of Grant County; and

WHEREAS, the Auditor is requesting a resolution placing the issue on the next available special election;

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF SOAP LAKE, WASHINGTON, as follows:

That the issue of the adoption of the council-manager plan of government shall be placed on the ballot for May 18, 1993, the ballot title shall be as specified in RCW 35.18.260.

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Soap Lake, Washington, this 17th day of March, 1993.
