Under authorization of Chapter 16.24 RCW the Whatcom County council orders the whole territory of Whatcom County, excepting therefrom all Indian reservation land, designated as stock restricted area, and further orders that it is unlawful to permit livestock of any kind to run at large in or upon said territory. (Ord. 93-048 (part); prior code § 5.20.010).
