9.20.010 Hours designated.

It is unlawful for any minor to be on public streets, etc., between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m., except Friday and Saturday nights, when hours shall be 1:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. This section does not apply to a minor accompanied by a parent or guardian or person on a legitimate errand for a qualified adult. (Prior code § 5.28.010).

9.20.020 Exemption of military personnel.

Military personnel on active duty shall be exempt from provisions of this chapter. (Prior code § 5.28.050).

9.20.030 Responsibility of parents.

It is unlawful for parents or guardians to allow minors out after the hours prescribed in Section 9.20.010. (Prior code § 5.28.020).

9.20.040 Violation by minor.

Any minor violating the provisions of Section 9.20.010 shall be arrested and referred to juvenile court for punishment. (Prior code § 5.28.030).

9.20.050 Violation by parent or guardian.

Any parent or guardian found guilty of Section 9.20.030 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $100.00 or confined to the county jail for not more than 30 days, or both fine and imprisonment. (Prior code § 5.28.040).
