A committee is established which will represent the interests of environmental groups, business interests, landowners, citizens, volunteer groups, regional fish enhancement groups and other restoration interests.

During the selection and appointment process, the county will ensure balanced regional representation based on sub-watersheds as well. (Res. 99-021).
