WAC 468-95-29003   Traffic control devices for low-volume roads -- Design.  Change the Guidance of MUTCD Section 5A.03, Design, to become an Option and amend to read:

     The sizes shown under the oversized column in Table 5A-1 may be used where engineering judgment indicates a need based on high vehicle operating speeds, driver expectancy, traffic operations, or roadway conditions.
