WAC 463-30-090   Publicity -- Commencement of adjudicative proceedings.  Upon the filing of an application for certification, the council shall prepare an appropriate statement for dissemination to the news media which shall: (1) Describe all actions taken to date regarding the proposed site, and (2) state clearly that any person may be allowed to present timely written or oral argument for or against the proposed site to be certified and that advance notice within a reasonable time shall be required of persons who desire status as intervenors in accordance with WAC 463-30-091.
