WAC 460-80-315   Washington Franchise Disclosure Document.  To implement the offering circular and disclosure requirements of RCW 19.100.030 (4)(a) and 19.100.040, the director adopts the requirements for preparing the contents of a Franchise Disclosure Document set forth in sections III. and VII. of the 2008 Franchise Registration and Disclosure Guidelines promulgated by the North American Securities Administrators Association, Inc. (NASAA).
