WAC 308-13-240
Reinstatement of suspended certificates,
eligibility for registration, or denied renewals. Where a
person's certificate of licensure has been
suspended, an applicant has been denied license renewal, or an applicant has been denied the ability
to take the examination for certificate of licensure due to nonpayment or default on a federally or
state-guaranteed educational loan or service-conditional
scholarship, his or her certificate of licensure, license
renewal or examination application will be reinstated when the
person provides the board a written release issued by the
lending agency stating that the person is making payments on
the loan in accordance with a repayment agreement approved by
the lending agency, provided, the person shall pay any
applicable reinstatement or renewal fee.
