the body or equipment on
or against the restraining

| Assembly of the wheel and
inflation of the tire. |
Apply rubber lubricant to
bead and rim mating
surfaces, unless the tire or
wheel manufacturer
recommends against it. |
| After tire inflation. |
Do both of the following: |

Inspect the tire and wheel
components while still
within the restraining
device; |

Make sure that they are
properly seated and
locked. |
| When adjusting the tire or

Deflate the tire by removal
of the valve core before
