WAC 296-803-70015   Do periodic reviews of procedures using tagout devices.  

     You must:

     • Make sure, if a periodic review involves tagout devices, the reviewing employee reviews with each authorized and affected employee the:

     – Employee's responsibilities under the procedure;

     AND

     – Limitations of tagout devices.

Note:

Periodic reviews of authorized and affected employees using energy control procedures involving tagout devices have to be done with each employee individually.
