     You must:

     • Provide the means necessary to isolate, secure, or block machines and equipment from energy sources.

Note:	Examples of means to control energy include:
	• Locks.
	• Tags.
	• Chains.
	• Wedges.
	• Key blocks.
	• Adapter pins.
	• Self-locking fasteners.
	• Blank flanges.
	• Cribbing.
