Disease prevention and control. The
operator must:
(1) Report immediately to the local health officer the name
and address of any individual in the camp known to have or
suspected of having a communicable disease;
(2) Report immediately to the local health officer:
(a) Suspected food poisoning;
(b) An unusual prevalence of fever, diarrhea, sore throat,
vomiting, or jaundice; or
(c) Productive cough, or when weight loss is a prominent
symptom among occupants;
(3) Prohibit any individual with a communicable disease from
preparing, cooking, serving, or handling food, foodstuffs, or
materials in dining halls.
