Who inspects factory-built temporary
worker housing structures for installation at the temporary
worker housing site? (1) The department of health must approve
the installation.
(2) The department of health may also request a set of
design plans and specifications for the unit from you.
(3) After the unit is manufactured but before occupancy, we
must inspect a factory-built temporary worker housing structure
if it is damaged in transit to the temporary worker housing site
or during on-site installation. This is considered a repair
inspection.
Note:
The department of health may not open the concealed construction of a factory-built temporary worker housing structure to
inspect if our insignia is attached.
