WAC 296-52-65015   Manufacturing site inspections.  The department will:

     • Inspect all manufacturing or processing locations:

     – Before they are placed in operation or service

     AND

     – Prior to licensing

     • Schedule inspections:

     – Once a complete application is received

     – At the earliest available and mutually agreeable date.
