WAC 296-52-62025   Prohibit explosives items from sale or display in these areas.  Explosives, improvised devices, or blasting agents cannot be sold, displayed, or exposed for sale on any:

     • Highway

     • Street

     • Sidewalk

     • Public way

     OR

     • Public place.
