WAC 296-52-60015   Coverage.  This chapter applies to:

     • Any person, partnership, company, corporation, government agency, or other entity

     • All aspects of explosives, blasting agents, and pyrotechnics including:

     – Manufacture

     – Sale

     – Possession

     – Purchase

     – Use

     – Storage

     – Transportation

     – Avalanche control

     • Display fireworks.

Note:

Class A and B display fireworks are partially exempt from the requirements of this chapter (see WAC 296-52-60020(5)).
