WAC 296-14-6210
What is the maximum amount of the
residence modification benefit? The maximum amount of the
benefit is the state's average annual wage at the time that
each modification request is approved. The department or
self-insured employer will not pay for modifications that
exceed the maximum amount. The department or self-insured
employer may make several payments, so long as the total paid
does not exceed the maximum benefit.
