Noncompliance with federal and state equal
opportunity requirements. When a compliance review concludes
that a sponsor is not operating according to the federal or state
laws or regulations requiring equal opportunity, the
apprenticeship supervisor must take action. Such action must
include:
(1) Notifying the sponsor in writing of the review results;
(2) Making a reasonable effort to secure voluntary
compliance from the program sponsor; and
(3) Giving the sponsor a reasonable amount of time to comply
with the review recommendations before undertaking sanctions
under WAC 296-05-013.
