Types of apprenticeship agreements
recognized by the WSATC. The WSATC acting according to RCW 49.04.060, recognizes the following types of written
apprenticeship agreements (statements) that describe the
apprenticeship training conditions:
(1) Agreements between an association of employers and an
organization of employees.
(2) An agreement between an employer and an employee
organization.
(3) An employer's statement when there is no bona fide
employee organization in the plant affected by the agreement.
(4) An agreement between an apprenticeship program and an
individual apprentice.
