WAC 246-360-050   Sewage and liquid waste disposal.  The licensee must provide documentation that demonstrates that sewage and liquid waste drain into:

     (1) A municipal sewage system if available; or

     (2) A sewage disposal system designed, constructed, and maintained in accordance with chapters246-272, 246-272B, and 173-240 WAC and local ordinances.
