Maximum housing occupancy. (1) The maximum
occupancy for operator-supplied housing will be based on:
(a) The square footage of the housing facility; and
(b) The number of bathing, food handling, handwashing,
laundry, and toilet facilities.
(2) The maximum occupancy for worker-supplied housing will
be based on:
(a) The number of spaces designated for worker-supplied
housing by the operator; and
(b) The number of bathing, food handling, handwashing,
laundry, and toilet facilities in excess of those facilities
required for operator-supplied housing.
Note:
Worker supplied housing includes recreational park trailers, recreational vehicles, OSHA compliant tents or other structures that
meet the requirements of this chapter.
