Maintenance facilities. A hospice care
center applicant or licensee must:
(1) If planning a maintenance shop, assure it is located
and designed for easy delivery and removal of equipment and to
minimize noise and dust to the rest of the hospice care center
with:
(a) Storage for solvents, flammable and combustible
liquids; and
(b) Storage for supplies and equipment; and
(2) Provide a separate room or area specifically for
repair, and testing of electronic or other medical equipment
according to the functional program.
