Quality improvement. Every in-home
services licensee must maintain a quality improvement program
to assure the quality of care and services provided throughout
its service area or within a hospice care center thatincludes,
at a minimum:
(1) A complaint process that includes a procedure for the
receipt, investigation, and disposition of complaints
regarding services provided under RCW 70.127.120(2);
(2) A method to identify, monitor, evaluate, and correct
problems identified by patients or clients, families,
personnel, contractors, or volunteers; and
(3) A system to assess patient or client satisfaction.
