WAC 246-310-750   Tiebreaker.  If two or more applicant hospitals are competing to meet the same forecasted net need, the department shall consider which facility's location provides the most improvement in geographic access. Geographic access means the facility that is located the farthest in statue miles from an existing facility authorized to provide PCI procedures.
