WAC 246-231-100   Applicability of operating controls and procedures.  A licensee subject to this chapter, who, under a general or specific license, transports licensed material or delivers licensed material to a carrier for transport, shall comply with the requirements of 10 CFR 71 Subpart G, with the quality assurance requirements of 10 CFR 71 Subpart H, and with the general provisions of 10 CFR 71 Subpart A.
