Maximum benefits payable -- RCW 50.20.120
(1)(b). When the three month seasonally adjusted total
unemployment rate reaches six and eight-tenths percent or
less, the maximum benefits payable on a claim will be
permanently reduced to 26 times an individual's weekly benefit
amount or one-third of the individual's base year wages,
whichever is less.
