WAC 183-08-050
Removal of a member for cause. (1) No
member of the commission may be removed by the governor during
his or her term of office unless for cause of incapacity,
incompetence, neglect of duty, malfeasance in office, or for a
disqualifying change of residence.
(2) A disqualifying change of residence would occur if:
(a) A member moves out of the state of Washington; or
(b) A member selected from a congressional district moves
out of the boundaries of his or her district.
