WAC 182-08-120
Employer contribution. The employers'
contribution must be used to provide insurance coverage for
the basic life insurance benefit, the basic long-term
disability benefit, medical, and dental, and to establish a
reserve for any remaining balance. There is no employer
contribution available for any other insurance coverage for
employees employed by state agencies.
