WAC 173-400-020
Applicability. (1) The provisions of this
chapter shall apply statewide.
(2) An authority may enforce this chapter and may also adopt
standards or requirements. These standards or requirements may
not be less stringent than the current state air quality rules
and may be more stringent than the current regulations. Unless
properly delegated by ecology, authorities do not have
jurisdiction over the following sources:
(a) Specific source categories over which the state, by
separate regulation, has assumed or hereafter does assume
jurisdiction.
(b) Automobiles, trucks, aircraft.
(c) Those sources under the jurisdiction of the energy
facility site evaluation council.
