Planning standards for aerial
surveillance. Each plan shall provide for aerial oil tracking
resources capable of being on-scene within six hours of spill
awareness. At a minimum, these resources must be capable of
supporting oil spill removal operations for three, ten-hour
operational periods during the initial seventy-two hours of
the discharge.
