What are the responsibilities of well
contractors and their agents? (1) The well contractor shall be
responsible for designating an agent to represent its dealing
with the department.
(2) The agent must be a Washington state licensed operator
other than a trainee.
(3) The agent shall notify the department of all licensed
operators and trainees who are working for the well contractor.
(4) Notification shall be made within ninety days of
enactment of this regulation.
(5) After the initial notification, the agent shall notify
the department of all terminations and new hires within thirty
days.
(6) The well contractor shall notify the department within
thirty days of making any change of agent.
