WAC 173-130A-210   General implementation.  The department recognizes the uncertainties associated with groundwater occurrence and water well construction, both being dependent in large part on the geologic and hydrologic characteristics of the aquifer materials underlying a specific proposed well site. Therefore, the department shall endeavor to implement this chapter in a reasonable and practical manner consistent with its purpose.
