WAC 172-144-040   Periodic deductions.  Should deductions for any pay period produce a material and substantial hardship on the assessed employee, the university may enter into an agreement with the employee for a method of periodic deductions from the employee's paycheck until the financial obligations owed to the university have been satisfied. The university's chief financial officer will designate a member of his or her staff to negotiate such agreements.
