WAC 172-139-040   Penalties for violations of commercial activities regulations.  (1) Any violation of this chapter by a student of Eastern Washington University is a violation of the student conduct code, WAC 172-121-200.

     (2) Nonstudents violating this chapter may be referred to civil authorities for appropriate prosecutions, including violations of the laws of criminal trespass and/or litter control.
