WAC 172-116-230   Impounding or immobilizing illegally parked vehicles.  The parking supervisor or his authorized designee may order the impound and storage of, or immobilization of any vehicle parked in areas where parking is not allowed, or parked in a space reserved for another vehicle, or illegally parked in a handicapped space, or having unpaid citations against said vehicle. The impounding and storage shall be at the expense of either or both the owner and operator of the impounded vehicle. The owner or operator of the impounded vehicles shall not recover his vehicle until he has made arrangements with the parking supervisor. Neither the university nor its employees or representatives shall be liable for loss or damage of any kind resulting from such impounding, storage, or immobilization.
