Employee violations of the university
alcohol policy. Violations of this policy may result in:
(1) Disciplinary action, including termination of
employment, in accordance with applicable personnel rules,
chapter 251-11 WAC for classified employees, and EWU policies
and procedures manual for other employees, collective
bargaining agreements, or other policies of the university
and/or;
(2) The requirement of satisfactory participation in
evaluation and/or treatment in an approved chemical dependency
assistance or rehabilitation program.
