WAC 140-09-130
Public notice. (1) Whenever the SEPA
rules require notice to be given under WAC [197-11-510] the
corporation shall give public notice as follows:
(a) Posting the property, for site-specific proposals;
and
(b) Publishing notice in a newspaper of general
circulation in the county, city, or general area where the
proposal is located (e.g., The Seattle Times or the Seattle
Post-Intellegencer).
(2) Whenever possible, the corporation shall integrate
the public notice required under this section with existing
notice procedures for the corporation's nonexempt licenses
required for the proposal.
(3) The corporation may require an applicant to complete
the public notice requirements for the applicant's proposal at
his or her expense.
