WAC 137-56-175   Alternatives to the formal disciplinary hearing.  When addressing serious infractions, the work/training release community corrections officer may, with the facility supervisor's permission, choose to address the infraction behavior using either a department authorized stipulated agreement or the negotiated sanction agreement process.
