WAC 132V-116-220   Report of accident.  The operator of any vehicle involved in an accident on campus resulting in injury to or death of any person or total or claimed damage to either or both vehicles of any amount shall within twenty-four hours report such accident to the college's office of safety and security. This does not relieve any person so involved in an accident from his responsibility to file a state of Washington motor vehicle accident report within twenty-four hours after such accident.
