WAC 132R-190-010   Purpose.  The purpose of this chapter is to implement 20 U.S.C. Sec. 1232g, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 as amended, by establishing rules and procedures to ensure that information contained in student records is accurate and is handled in a responsible manner by the college and its employees.
