WAC 132R-136-010   Philosophy and purpose concerning the use of college facilities.  The Big Bend Community College board of trustees has determined that college facilities shall be made available for community use. College facilities shall be used for those activities that are related directly to its educational mission or are justifiable on the basis of their contributions to the cultural, social, or economic development of the community and state.
