WAC 132Q-30-310
Disposition of complaints by the chief
student services officer. The chief student services officer
determines if the complaint has merit. If the complaint has
merit the chief student services officer meets with the
student to discuss the complaint and an agreed upon
resolution. If an agreed upon resolution cannot be reached
the chief student services officer may:
(1) Dismiss the complaint;
(2) Determine the appropriate sanctions to be imposed on
the student; or
(3) Send the matter to the student conduct board.
